Recipe Name: Mixed Protein and Vegetable Rice Bowl

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of rice
- 200g of pasta
- 200g of chicken breast
- 200g of beef steak
- 1 cup of broccoli
- 1 cup of oriental vegetables
- 1 can of tuna
- 1 cup of kale
- 1 large potato
- 4 sausages
- 1 can of chickpeas
- 1 can of black beans
- 1 can of butter beans
- Fresh coriander
- 1 cup of corn
- 1 cup of tomato sauce
- 1 cup of crushed tomatoes
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 onion
- 1 cup of milk

Instructions:
1. Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
2. Cook the pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside.
3. In a skillet, cook the chicken breast and beef steak until fully cooked. Slice them into strips and set aside.
4. Steam the broccoli, oriental vegetables, and kale until tender.
5. Boil the potato until soft, then dice it into cubes.
6. In a separate pan, cook the sausages until browned, then slice them.
7. In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, pasta, chicken, beef, broccoli, oriental vegetables, tuna, kale, potato, sausages, chickpeas, black beans, butter beans, coriander, corn, tomato sauce, crushed tomatoes, garlic, and onion.
8. Heat the milk in a saucepan and pour it over the mixture in the bowl.
9. Mix everything together until well combined.
10. Serve the mixed protein and vegetable rice bowl hot and enjoy!
