Recipe: Mixed Protein and Vegetable Stew

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of rice
- 1 cup of pasta
- 1 chicken breast
- 1 beef steak
- 1 cup of broccoli
- 1 cup of oriental vegetables
- 1 can of tuna
- 1 cup of kale
- 1 potato
- 2 sausages
- 1 can of chickpeas
- 1 can of black beans
- 1 can of butter beans
- Fresh cilantro
- 1 cup of corn
- 1 cup of tomato sauce
- 1 cup of crushed tomatoes
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 onion
- 1 cup of milk

Instructions:
1. In a large pot, heat some oil and sauté the chopped garlic and onion until fragrant.
2. Add the diced chicken breast and beef steak, and cook until browned on all sides.
3. Stir in the tomato sauce and crushed tomatoes, and let it simmer for a few minutes.
4. Add the rice, pasta, and milk to the pot, and stir well to combine.
5. Mix in the broccoli, oriental vegetables, tuna, kale, potato, sausages, chickpeas, black beans, butter beans, corn, and fresh cilantro.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and let the stew simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
7. Once all the ingredients are cooked through and the flavors have melded together, serve the mixed protein and vegetable stew hot, garnished with extra cilantro if desired. Enjoy!
