Recipe: Mixed Vegetable Buckwheat Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- Огурцы
- Кабачки
- Свекла
- Капуста брокколи

- Vegetable oil
- Soy sauce
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Salt
- Pepper

Instructions:
1. Cook the buckwheat according to package instructions and set aside.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
3. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
4. Add sliced огурцы, кабачки, свекла, and капуста брокколи to the pan, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
5. Add стручковая фасоль, брюссельская капуста, and цветная капуста to the pan, continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
6. Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
7. Add the cooked buckwheat to the pan and mix everything together until well combined.
8. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
