Recipe Name: Mixed Vegetable Curry

Ingredients:
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 small bottle gourd, peeled and cubed
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- Spices (such as turmeric, cumin, coriander, garam masala)
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup curd

Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onion. Saute until the onion turns translucent.
2. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they are soft and mushy.
3. Add the diced potatoes and bottle gourd to the pan. Mix well.
4. Sprinkle the spices and salt over the vegetables. Stir to coat the vegetables evenly.
5. Cover the pan and let the vegetables cook on low heat until they are tender.
6. Once the vegetables are cooked, add the milk and curd to the pan. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
7. Let the curry simmer for a few more minutes until the flavors are well blended.
8. Serve the mixed vegetable curry hot with rice or roti.
