Make Mixed Vegetable Stir-Fry
Recipe: Mixed Vegetable Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
- Огурцы (Cucumbers)
- Кабачки (Zucchini)
- Свекла (Beetroot)
- Капуста брокколи (Broccoli)
- Стручковая фасоль (Green beans)
- Брюссельская капуста (Brussels sprouts)
- Цветная капуста (Cauliflower)
Instructions:
1. Wash and prepare all the vegetables by cutting them into bite-sized pieces.
2. Heat a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
3. Add a bit of oil to the pan and stir-fry the Brussels sprouts and cauliflower for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
4. Add the zucchini, beetroot, and green beans to the pan and continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
5. Finally, add the cucumbers and broccoli to the pan and stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes.
6. Season the stir-fry with your favorite spices or sauce and stir well to combine.
7. Cook for another minute or until all the vegetables are cooked to your desired level of tenderness.
8. Remove from heat and serve hot as a delicious and colorful mixed vegetable stir-fry. Enjoy!
