Recipe: Mixed Vegetable Stir-Fry with Meat

Ingredients:
- Огурцы
- Кабачки
- Свекла
- Капуста брокколи
- Стручковая фасоль
- Брюссельская капуста
- Мясо
- Масло сливочное
- Уксус

Instructions:
1. Prepare all the vegetables by washing and chopping them into bite-sized pieces.
2. Cut the meat into thin strips or bite-sized pieces.
3. Heat some butter in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
4. Add the meat to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through.
5. Remove the meat from the skillet and set aside.
6. In the same skillet, add more butter if needed and then add the vegetables.
7. Stir-fry the vegetables until they are tender-crisp, about 5-7 minutes.
8. Add the cooked meat back to the skillet and stir to combine.
9. Drizzle some vinegar over the stir-fry and toss to coat.
10. Cook for another minute or two to let the flavors meld together.
11. Remove from heat and serve hot.
