Mocha Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:

- 4 ounces of dark chocolate
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cacoa powder
- 1/2 cup of strong brewed coffee
- 1/2 cup of milk

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch round cake pan and set aside.

2. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter and dark chocolate over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.

3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, and cacoa powder until light and fluffy.

4. Slowly add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture, stirring to combine.

5. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour and coffee.

6. Slowly add the flour and coffee mixture to the egg and chocolate mixture, stirring to combine.

7. Add the milk and stir until just combined.

8. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

9. Allow the cake to cool before serving. Enjoy!
