Momos Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 cup finely chopped cabbage
- 1/2 cup finely chopped carrots
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package round dumpling wrappers
Instructions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, cabbage, carrots, onion, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
2. Take a dumpling wrapper and place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center.
3. Wet the edges of the wrapper with water and fold it in half, sealing the edges by pressing firmly.
4. Continue this process until all the wrappers are filled.
5. Place the momos in a steamer lined with parchment paper and steam for about 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
6. Serve the momos hot with a side of soy sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
