Mushroom and Cheese Toast
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of bread
- 1/4 cup of chopped mushrooms
- 1/4 cup of shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup of chopped broccoli
- 1/4 cup of chopped red and yellow bell peppers
- 1 tablespoon of butter
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a medium bowl, combine the mushrooms, cheese, broccoli, and bell peppers.
3. Spread the butter on one side of each slice of bread.
4. Place the slices of bread, butter-side down, on a baking sheet.
5. Top each slice of bread with the mushroom and cheese mixture.
6. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown.
7. Serve warm and enjoy!
