Make Mushroom and Fish Rice

Mushroom and Fish Rice

Ingredients:

- 2 cups of cooked white rice

- 1 cup of sliced mushrooms

- 1 fillet of white fish, cut into cubes

- 1 onion, chopped

- 2 cloves of garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper

- 2 tablespoons of olive oil

- Salt to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the onion and garlic and cook until the onion is softened, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the mushrooms and cook until they are softened, about 5 minutes.

4. Add the fish cubes and cook until they are cooked through, about 5 minutes.

5. Add the cooked rice, pepper, and salt to taste. Stir to combine.

6. Cook until heated through, about 5 minutes.

7. Serve hot. Enjoy!
