Mushroom and Onion Omelette

Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup diced mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs until they are well blended.

2. Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

3. Add the onions and mushrooms and cook until they are softened, about 5 minutes.

4. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and season with salt and pepper.

5. Cook until the eggs are just set, about 3 minutes.

6. Flip the omelette and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

7. Serve hot. Enjoy!
