Mushroom Bacon Cabbage Skillet
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 slices bacon, cut into small pieces
- 1 onion, diced
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 head of cabbage, shredded
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the bacon and cook until crisp, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the onion and mushrooms and cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
4. Add the garlic, cabbage, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until the cabbage is tender, about 5 minutes.
5. Serve warm. Enjoy!
