Mushroom Omelette


- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons water
- Salt and pepper to taste


1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk together with the water.

2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add the mushrooms. Cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.

3. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and season with salt and pepper.

4. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are almost set.

5. Flip the omelette and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the eggs are cooked through.

6. Serve warm. Enjoy!
