Beef Aspic with Mushrooms and Onion

Ingredients:

- 2 lbs. beef aspic
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the mushrooms and onion to the skillet and cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the beef aspic to the skillet and stir to combine.

4. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5. Add the butter and season with salt and pepper to taste.

6. Continue to simmer for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

7. Serve warm. Enjoy!
