Mustard-Marinated Pork
Ingredients:
-1 pound pork
-1/4 cup white wine
-2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
-2 tablespoons olive oil
-2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
-1/2 onion, finely chopped
Instructions:
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the white wine, mustard, olive oil, and white wine vinegar.
2. Add the pork and onion to the bowl and mix until the pork is evenly coated with the marinade.
3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
4. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
5. Place the pork and marinade in a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through.
6. Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
