Recipe Name: Mutton and Bean Fried Rice

Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 eggs
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tomato, diced
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup cooked mutton, shredded
- 1 cup cooked beans

Instructions:
1. In a large skillet or wok, heat some oil over medium heat.
2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
3. Crack the eggs into the skillet and scramble until cooked through.
4. Add the diced tomato and cook until softened.
5. Stir in the cooked mutton and beans, mix well.
6. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine all the ingredients.
7. Season with salt to taste and continue to cook for a few more minutes.
8. Once everything is heated through and well combined, remove from heat.
