Recipe Name: Asian-Inspired Ramen Noodle Soup

Ingredients:
- 2 packs of ramen noodles
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-inch piece of ginger, grated
- 4 scallions, chopped
- 2 tbsp honey
- Handful of cilantro, chopped
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 carrots, julienned
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 stalk lemongrass, smashed
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp cloves

Instructions:
1. In a large pot, heat canola oil over medium heat. Add garlic, ginger, and lemongrass. Saute for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
2. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Add soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, coriander, nutmeg, cinnamon, cumin, and cloves. Stir well to combine.
3. Allow the broth to simmer for 15-20 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
4. In a separate pot, bring water to a boil and cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
5. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add carrots and saute for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
6. To assemble the soup, divide the cooked ramen noodles into bowls. Ladle the hot broth over the noodles.
7. Top with sauteed carrots, chopped scallions, and cilantro.
8. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Asian-inspired ramen noodle soup!
