Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 egg
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 slices of bread

Instructions:
1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a bowl. Mash the avocado with a fork and season with salt and pepper to taste.
2. Toast the bread slices until golden brown and crispy.
3. In a non-stick pan, fry the egg to your desired level of doneness (fried, scrambled, poached, etc.).
4. Spread the mashed avocado onto the toasted bread slices.
5. Place the cooked egg on top of the avocado toast.
6. Season with additional salt and pepper if desired.
