Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 eggs
- 4 slices of bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup peas
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Soy sauce (optional)

Instructions:
1. In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside, leaving the bacon grease in the pan.
2. Crack the eggs into the skillet with the bacon grease and scramble them until cooked through.
3. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine with the eggs.
4. Add the peas and cooked bacon to the skillet and continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. If desired, drizzle some soy sauce over the fried rice for extra flavor.
