Ingredients:
- 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 4 eggs
- 8 oz pasta
- Salt, to taste
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 4 slices of bread, cubed
- 2 cups chicken broth
Instructions:
1. In a large skillet, cook the beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is softened.
2. In a separate pot, boil the eggs and pasta according to package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef and onion mixture with the pasta, diced tomatoes, and garlic powder. Season with salt to taste.
4. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayo and chicken broth to make a dressing.
5. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to combine.
6. Gently fold in the cubed bread to add some texture to the salad.
7. Peel and slice the boiled eggs, then arrange them on top of the salad for garnish.
