Ingredients:
- 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
- 2 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1-inch piece of ginger, minced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking oil
Instructions:
1. In a large skillet or wok, heat some cooking oil over medium-high heat.
2. Add the sliced beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add a little more oil if needed and sauté the onions, ginger, and red bell pepper until fragrant.
4. Add the diced potatoes to the skillet and cook until they start to soften.
5. Return the beef to the skillet and mix well with the vegetables.
6. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Pour this sauce over the beef and vegetables.
7. Stir everything together and let it cook for a few more minutes until the potatoes are fully cooked and the beef is tender.
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
