Ingredients:
- 1 cup brown rice
- 1/2 lb beef, thinly sliced
- 2 cups spinach, chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for cooking

Step by Step Guide:
1. Cook the brown rice according to package instructions and set aside.
2. In a large skillet or wok, heat some vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
3. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned and cooked through.
4. Push the beef to one side of the skillet and crack the eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked, then mix them with the beef.
5. Add the minced garlic and sliced mushrooms to the skillet. Cook until the mushrooms are tender.
6. Stir in the chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
7. Add the cooked brown rice to the skillet and mix everything together.
8. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
9. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
