Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 slices of white bread, torn into small pieces
- 1 cup Jasmine rice
- 1 can of mixed vegetables
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup pasta
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the torn white bread, Jasmine rice, canned mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, tomato sauce, pasta, milk, eggs, butter, and heavy cream. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
5. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
6. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
