Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 8 oz noodles
- 2 tbsp flour

Instructions:
1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Remove any excess fat.
2. Add the diced onion and sliced carrot to the pot. Cook for 5 minutes until the vegetables start to soften.
3. Sprinkle the flour over the beef and vegetables, stirring to combine and cook for another 2 minutes.
4. Pour in 8 cups of water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for 15 minutes.
5. In a separate pot, cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
6. Add the cooked noodles to the beef and vegetable soup. Stir well to combine.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Serve hot and enjoy!
