Ingredients:
- 1 lb minced beef
- 1 inch ginger, minced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
2. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Add minced beef to the pan, breaking it up with a spatula, and cook until browned.
4. Add sliced onion, julienned carrot, and sliced cucumber to the pan, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are slightly tender.
5. Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and lime juice. Mix well to combine.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
8. Remove from heat and serve hot over steamed rice.
