Ingredients:
- 500g beef mince
- 2 onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice, to serve

Step by Step Guide:
1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add the sliced onions and cook until they are soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
4. Increase the heat to high and add the beef mince to the pan. Break up the mince with a spoon and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
5. Add the sliced red bell pepper to the pan and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
6. Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
7. Continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through and well combined.
8. Serve the beef mince and onion stir-fry hot over cooked rice.
