Ingredients:
- 500g beef mince
- 2 onions, sliced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice, for serving
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions:
1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add the sliced onions and minced garlic, and sauté until the onions are translucent.
3. Add the beef mince to the pan and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks.
4. Stir in the sliced red bell pepper and continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes.
5. Add the soy sauce and oyster sauce to the pan, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
7. Serve the beef mince and onion stir-fry over cooked rice, garnished with fresh cilantro.
