Ingredients:
- 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
- 8 oz noodles of your choice
- 1 cup beef gravy
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)

Instructions:
1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a small bowl, mix together the beef gravy, soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger powder, and black pepper. Set aside.
3. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Add the sliced beef to the skillet and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
5. In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Cook until the vegetables are tender-crisp, about 3-4 minutes.
6. Return the beef to the skillet. Pour the gravy mixture over the beef and vegetables. Stir to combine.
7. If you prefer a thicker sauce, mix the cornstarch with a little water to create a slurry. Stir the slurry into the beef mixture and cook until the sauce thickens.
8. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss everything together until well combined.
