Ingredients:
- 2 large eggs
- 2 flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, whisk the eggs together with a pinch of salt and pepper.
2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour the beaten eggs into the pan.
3. Cook the eggs, stirring occasionally, until they are scrambled and fully cooked. Remove from heat.
4. Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
