Recipe Name: Cheesy Bacon and Ham Stuffed Tomatoes

Ingredients:
- 4 large tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced ham
- 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup corn kernels
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cut the tops off the tomatoes and scoop out the seeds and pulp to create a hollow cavity. Set aside.
3. In a skillet, cook the diced ham, crumbled bacon, diced onion, corn kernels, and minced garlic until the onions are translucent.
4. Add the tomato paste to the skillet and stir to combine with the other ingredients.
5. Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese.
6. Stuff each hollowed-out tomato with the ham and bacon mixture.
7. Place the stuffed tomatoes in a baking dish and sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
9. Serve the cheesy bacon and ham stuffed tomatoes hot as a delicious appetizer or side dish.
