Step by Step Guide:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
3. Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet with the ground beef. Cook until the onion is translucent.
4. Stir in the diced tomatoes, peas, and cooked bacon. Cook for another 5 minutes.
5. In a separate pot, cook the rice and pasta according to package instructions.
