Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
3. Add the diced onion and bell pepper to the skillet and cook until softened.
4. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and cooked pasta. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Transfer the beef mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
6. Cover the dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
