Recipe Name: Cheesy Beef Pasta Bake

Ingredients:
- 500g beef mince
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 can of chopped tomatoes
- 200g cheese, grated
- 300g pasta

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a large skillet, cook the beef mince over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
3. Add the diced onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are softened.
4. Pour in the can of chopped tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes.
5. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
6. In a large baking dish, layer the cooked pasta, beef and vegetable mixture, and grated cheese.
7. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of cheese on top.
8. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
9. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
10. Serve hot and enjoy!
