Ingredients:
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup cooked black beans
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup chopped asparagus
- 1/2 cup sliced green olives
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 8 small tortillas

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, black beans, cooked rice, chopped asparagus, sliced green olives, and half of the shredded cheese.
3. Place a small amount of the chicken mixture onto a tortilla and roll it up. Repeat for all tortillas.
4. Place the rolled tortillas in a baking dish, seam side down.
5. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top of the enchiladas.
6. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
