Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
3. In a large skillet, cook the diced chicken until no longer pink. Season with salt and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, sauté the diced onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic until softened.
5. Add the cooked rice, chicken, and pasta to the skillet and mix well.
6. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and top with shredded cheese.
7. Cover the casserole dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
