Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
3. In a large skillet, cook the diced chicken until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, sauté the diced onion and minced garlic until fragrant.
5. Add the cooked rice, pasta, diced tomato, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Mix well to combine.
6. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and pour over the rice mixture. Stir to evenly distribute the eggs.
7. Add the cooked chicken back to the skillet and mix everything together.
8. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
9. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
10. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
