Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken, diced
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup cheese, shredded

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 8 oz pasta
- 2 cups spaghetti sauce
- 2 carrots, grated
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 lb beef, diced
- 1 cup beef stock
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large skillet, cook the diced chicken until browned and cooked through. Set aside.
3. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and stir in the shredded cheese. Set aside.
4. In the same skillet, sauté the onion, bell pepper, and garlic until softened.
5. Add the cooked rice, pasta, spaghetti sauce, grated carrots, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, chicken stock, beef, and beef stock to the skillet. Mix well to combine.
6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
7. Top the mixture with the cooked chicken.
8. Pour the egg and cheese mixture over the top.
9. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
10. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
11. Serve hot and enjoy!
