Recipe Name: Cheesy Chicken Pasta

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 lb of chicken breast, diced
- 2 cups of cooked rice
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- Salt to taste
- 8 oz of pasta

Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
3. Add the diced onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are softened.
4. Stir in the diced tomatoes and cooked rice. Season with salt to taste.
5. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and then pour them over the chicken and vegetable mixture in the skillet. Stir continuously until the eggs are cooked and well incorporated.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix everything together.
7. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top and cover the skillet with a lid to allow the cheese to melt.
8. Once the cheese is melted, remove from heat and serve hot.
