- 1 cup rice

Step by Step Guide:

2. Add the mushrooms to the skillet and cook until they are golden brown and tender. Remove the mushrooms from the skillet and set aside.

4. Slowly whisk in the milk until the mixture is smooth and thickened.
5. Gradually add the water, stirring constantly, until the mixture is creamy and well combined.
6. Stir in the rice and let it cook, stirring occasionally, until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
7. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then slowly pour them into the skillet, stirring constantly to create a creamy texture.
8. Add the grated cheese, salt, and pepper to the skillet, stirring until the cheese is melted and the risotto is creamy.
