- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 2 scallions, chopped
- 1 cup of shredded cheese (such as cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/2 cup of creme fraiche
- 1 cup of sliced mushrooms

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
3. Spread the creme fraiche evenly over the puff pastry.
4. Arrange the sliced tomatoes on top of the creme fraiche.
5. Sprinkle the chopped scallions over the tomatoes.
6. Scatter the sliced mushrooms on top of the scallions.
7. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the entire tart.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
