Recipe Name: Cheesy Pasta Bake

Ingredients:
- 4 eggs (Eier)
- 200g cheese (Käse)
- 1 onion (Zwiebel)
- 1 tsp pepper (Pfeffer)
- 2 tomatoes (Tomate)
- Salt (Salz)
- 300g pasta
- 1 cup milk (Milch)
- 2 tbsp flour (Mehl)
- 2 tbsp oil (Öl)

Step by Step Guide:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
3. In a saucepan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
4. Add the flour to the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes to make a roux.
5. Gradually whisk in the milk to create a smooth sauce. Cook for a few minutes until thickened.
6. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the grated cheese until melted.
7. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl and then slowly add them to the cheese sauce, stirring constantly.
8. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
9. In a large baking dish, combine the cooked pasta with the cheese sauce and mix well.
10. Slice the tomatoes and arrange them on top of the pasta.
11. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
