Ingredients:
- 1 lb pork roast
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 tomato, diced
- Salt to taste
- 1 lb pasta
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 4 bagels
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. Season the pork roast with salt and place it in a roasting pan. Roast in the oven for about 1 hour or until fully cooked. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
3. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
4. In a saucepan, heat the tomato sauce over medium heat. Add the diced onion and tomato. Let it simmer for 5-7 minutes.
5. Stir in the cooked pasta and mix well with the tomato sauce mixture.
6. Slice the bagels in half and toast them lightly.
7. Place a slice of pork roast on each bagel half.
8. Top with the cheesy pasta mixture.
9. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
10. Place the bagels on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
