Recipe Name: Cheesy Rice and Egg Breakfast Toast

Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 2 slices of bread
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon jelly
- 1 tablespoon yum yum sauce
- 1 tablespoon ranch dressing
- 1 tablespoon spicy mayo
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- Salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic salt, chili powder, Italian seasoning to taste

Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, mix together the cooked rice, shredded cheese, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic salt, and Italian seasoning. Set aside.
2. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
4. Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet and scramble until cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.
5. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
6. Spread peanut butter on one slice of toast and jelly on the other slice.
7. Top the peanut butter toast with the cheesy rice mixture.
8. Place the scrambled eggs on top of the jelly toast.
9. Drizzle yum yum sauce, ranch dressing, spicy mayo, and sour cream over the toast.
10. Sprinkle chili powder and a squeeze of lime juice over the toast.
