- 1 onion, diced

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium-high heat.
2. Add the sliced steak and cook until browned on all sides. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add the diced onion and bell pepper. Cook until softened.
4. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
5. Stir in the diced tomato and corn kernels. Cook for a few minutes until the vegetables are tender.
6. Add the rice to the skillet and stir to combine with the vegetables.
7. Pour in enough water to cover the rice and bring to a simmer. Cover the skillet and let the rice cook until tender.
