Ingredients:
- 1 pig loin
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 egg
- 4 slices of ham

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Butterfly the pig loin by slicing it horizontally, but not all the way through, so you can open it like a book.
3. Season the inside of the loin with salt and pepper.
4. In a bowl, mix together the shredded cheese and egg to create a cheesy filling.
5. Spread the cheesy filling evenly on one side of the butterflied loin.
6. Place the slices of ham on top of the cheesy filling.
7. Carefully fold the other side of the loin over the filling to enclose it.
8. Use kitchen twine to tie the loin securely to hold the filling in place.
9. Season the outside of the loin with a little more salt and pepper.
10. Place the stuffed loin on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for about 45-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
11. Let the stuffed pork loin rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
