Recipe Name: Cheesy Tomato Pasta

Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup cheese, grated
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 tsp salt
- 250g pasta
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour

Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and stir to make a roux.
3. Gradually whisk in the milk and yogurt until smooth and thickened.
4. Stir in the grated cheese until melted and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
5. In a separate pan, sauté the garlic until fragrant. Add the diced tomatoes and cook until softened.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the tomato mixture and toss to combine.
7. Pour the cheesy sauce over the pasta and mix well to coat.
