Recipe Name: Chicken and Egg Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 eggs
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and set aside.
2. Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Add the sliced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add the remaining vegetable oil and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
5. Add the sliced bell pepper and onion, and cook until slightly softened.
6. Push the vegetables to the side of the skillet and pour in the beaten eggs. Scramble the eggs until cooked.
7. Add the cooked chicken back to the skillet and stir to combine with the vegetables and eggs.
8. Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir well to coat everything evenly.
9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
