Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 eggs
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking oil

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, beat the eggs and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside.
2. Heat some oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Add the sliced chicken breast to the hot oil and stir-fry until cooked through. Remove the chicken from the wok and set aside.
4. In the same wok, add a little more oil if needed and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
5. Add the sliced bell pepper and onion to the wok and stir-fry until slightly softened.
6. Push the vegetables to one side of the wok and pour the beaten eggs into the empty space. Scramble the eggs until cooked.
7. Return the cooked chicken to the wok and mix everything together.
8. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil to the wok. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
10. Cook for another minute or until everything is heated through.
11. Serve the chicken and egg stir-fry hot with steamed rice.
