Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 eggs
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice for serving

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and scramble the eggs. Set aside.
2. In the same skillet, heat the vegetable oil and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
3. Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
4. Add the sliced bell pepper and onion to the skillet and stir-fry for a few minutes until slightly softened.
5. Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, and stir to combine all the ingredients.
6. Add the scrambled eggs back to the skillet and mix well with the chicken and vegetables.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Serve the chicken and egg stir-fry hot over cooked rice.
