Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 eggs
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet and scramble until cooked through. Remove the scrambled eggs from the skillet and set aside.
2. In the same skillet, heat the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
3. Add the sliced bell peppers, onion, and minced garlic to the skillet. Stir-fry for a few minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
4. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables in the skillet.
5. Add the scrambled eggs back into the skillet and toss everything together to combine and heat through.
6. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
7. Serve the chicken and egg stir-fry hot over steamed rice.
